Have a read of the Night Shining Cloud page and WOW! What was even more amazing than the ghostly apparitions was that fact that we discussed them in the Friday morning group just 7 days before this happened!! Just what are the chances of that? We only did this because I happened to stumble across a picture whilst looking for something else and thought it was so pretty, I did some research. Ha....we are obviously just the hottest astrology group in the U.K...... |
Since the Midlands School of Astrology started in April 2006, 58 students have studied astrology on the Basic course and another 61 have attended one day seminars or specific groups. Some of thse students still meet on monthly Saturdays and weekly Fridays. Each has contributed a rich and fascinating narrative and the standard of astrology at group level and individually, has become equal to that available anywhere in London. Whether or not you have been part of this, please feel free to use this space to make any astological comment available for discussion with others. |
I am interested in the current U.K. headlines, since they beautifully express Eris's arrival on the World stage. (For some serious research and background on Eris and her discovery, please go to the Eris web page of this site.) There are those who limit the meaning of Eris to a leather clad thugette intent on causing WW3, but she is oh-so-much more complex than that, and I recommend those commentators settle down and have a good read of Hesiod's "Works and Days". |
The recent Time Team Stonehenge programme was interesting in itself, but more so when one looks at the history of the Easter Islanders. They too dragged massive single blocks (monoliths) of stone many miles and erected them. |
