My good friend Jayne Smith (of Paradigm Shift) and I escaped to Snowdonia for a few days of spiritual renewal in the amazing energies of those stunning mountains.

We saw a blue apparition on the surface of Llyn Tegid and a Sun column in the mountains.  We sledged down the side of a mountain on a pink carrier bag, listened to a village of birds that joined in the Saturday night revelry of the locals, stood under a 240ft high waterfall and collected shells on Harlech beach after eating the best fish and chips ever tasted (Mermaid Fish and Chips in Barmouth)  Come with us next year?
